"For Sale" & "For Rent" Plans

Receive widespread Internet coverage of your property offering and exceptional exposure to buyers, some of whom may wish to negotiate the purchase of your property without the involvement of a Realtor. (In such cases, your total commission due on the sale is 0%). Through "Internet Data Exchange" (IDX) (an option given to brokers to display each others listings on the Internet) your property data is accessible to buyers on local real estate web sites and search engines.

There is never a cancellation fee if you decide for any reason to terminate your listing. Upon receipt of your cancellation order, we will terminate your listing agreement and withdraw your listing "unconditionally" from the MLS. "Unconditional Withdrawal" means that your property is immediately free to be re-listed, if desired, with any Realtor or company of your choice.

Flat Fee MLS Rental listings are available for a discounted price when you have a concurrent "For Sale" listing active with our company (see MLS PLANS - "FOR RENT").
