If, during the term of your listing, you decide you would prefer to use the services of a traditional full service Realtor, you may be eligible to receive a refund of your
NoStressMLS™ listing fee.
To be eligible to receive a full refund of your
NoStressMLS™ listing fee, it is necessary to meet the following conditions:
1) You must either;
a) have
HomesInDeed Real Estate, Inc. refer a Realtor to you in your area.
b) choose a Realtor yourself, in which case
HomesInDeed Real Estate, Inc. must contact the Realtor first, before you do. The Realtor you choose must be willing to participate in a referral agreement (industry standard) with
HomesInDeed Real Estate, Inc.
2) In the event that you have already been in contact with a Realtor but still wish to receive a refund of your listing fee, you may speak with the
Realtor and request that he/she honor the referral agreement. (Most Realtors will do this
before you have signed a listing agreement with them). If you have already signed a listing agreement with another Realtor, please be aware that it is
not permitted for a Realtor to list your home while your home is still listed with another Real Estate Company (in this case,
HomesInDeed Real Estate, Inc.).
3) Refund of your listing fee is contingent upon your home successfully closing escrow with the Realtor who has concluded a referral agreement with
HomesInDeed Real Estate, Inc.
4) Refund of your listing fee will be in the form of a credit to you at closing from the real estate commissions due on the sale of your home.
5) Acceptance of referral agreements with participating Realtors is at the sole discretion of
HomesInDeed Real Estate, Inc.
6) Refunds may not exceed the plan price paid and exclude additional paid services requested after initial purchase.
