If you still feel that you have not received sufficient satisfaction, you may request a refund of 100% of the price of your NoStressMLS Plan.*

To receive a refund, please send us a message or fax within 7 days of purchase. Include your Customer ID, MLS number, property address and signature and a brief explanation of the circumstances and reason for your request.

*Refunds cannot be made under the following circumstances:

1) The property is under contract;
2) The property will or does, within 30 days after cancellation of service, go under contract with any buyer with whom contact was made during the period in which the property was listed on the Multiple Listing Service.

Refunds may not exceed the plan price paid and exclude any additional paid services requested after initial purchase. Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed.
