Listing your property is a simple multi-step process which can be done online 24/7. Sign-up
is completely electronic, enabling us to process your listing quickly and accurately. Here are the steps in the listing process: |
1. Choose an MLS Plan
Select the plan that best suits your needs and time frame.
2. Provide Listing Information
Begin by providing your contact information and details that identify the property you are selling or renting out, such as the
"address", "parcel id" or "tax id" number.
3. Submit Listing Agreement
Read, sign (type your signature) and submit your listing agreement, which sets forth the terms of your MLS listing and the responsibilities
and obligations that you, the owner, and we, the listing office have with regard to your MLS listing service.
4. Purchase MLS Service
Pay for your MLS service either by credit card, or, if you prefer, direct, electronic debit from your checking account.
5. Describe your Property
Choose and submit the "profile form" for your type of property: residential sale; residential lease; multi-family home; etc.
6. Upload Photos
Upload photos from your computer for your MLS and Realtor.com listings.
